My name is Mark Hamilton at VIP Dogs. I have been a dog owner my whole life, with a true love for dogs and experience with many breeds. I have a passion for the outdoors, and no matter the weather, your dog will be thoroughly exercised and returned happy.
At VIP Dogs we aim is to build a relationship with your dog and with you. That connection and trust will be to our mutual advantage.

My business approach is to provide a unique experience for dogs. My top priority is to ensure that they are happy and full of energy. I limit the number of dogs I take out and the number of walks I do each day. This allows me to give each dog the individual attention they deserve, rather than managing a larger group. Additionally, if time allows, we have the option to extend our outing as we are not on a timed schedule. And we continuously strive to be at the higher end of the market than other dog walkers, with fewer dogs I can spend quality time with them resulting in a better all-round experience.
All new dogs will undergo a trial period of at least two walks to assess suitability and compatibility. For trial walks, all dogs must be fully vaccinated.

DOG WALKING
Dog Walking Service
Your dog will be collected from your home at a pre-arranged time. I offer a secure key holding service if you will be unavailable at the time of the walk. The dog transport is a fully ventilated van. This is fitted with crates to ensure that dogs of all sizes can remain safe and secure during the drive. All dogs will have access to water throughout the journey. I will towel dry your dog to ensure they are as clean as possible before they return home.
Solo walks
If you prefer that your dog is walked on a one to one basis then arrangements can be made to suit their needs.

PUPPY CARE
Puppy Walks
As a new dog owner it can be tough to find the spare time to entertain an energetic puppy. I provide short 30 minute walks for puppies. This is the perfect duration to provide exercise for a growing puppy – remember that vets do not recommend lengthy walks. Puppy walks are also a great opportunity to assist with leadwork training and socialisation.

PET VISITS AND BOARDING
Visits and Dog Boarding
I also offer ‘pet visits’ to care for your other animals. I can visit your home to feed your pet and spend some time with them so they aren’t lonely whilst you are away.
Boarding
We welcome regular client dogs for boarding. This would be in my own home. Arrangements can be made for pick up and drop off at a time to suit you.

Visits in your own home
Before walks commence we offer a meet and greet session as part of the service. This allows us to meet you and your pet, and to discuss their personality.
I supply each dog with collar or harness, and ID tags. All dogs must be microchipped and have up-to-date vaccinations, preferably including kennel cough. We carry some extra tracker tags with our details on them should they be needed.
We walk a maximum of 4 dogs at any one time and will attempt to match dogs based on activity level and personality. If your dog has socialisation issues we can offer solo walks.
Your dog will be collected from your home and returned after their hour’s walk. Your dog will be cleaned up, towel dried and settled nicely back at home - if they need feeding, we can do that too.
